Four Winds Travel Center SMS Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Four Winds Travel Center SMS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and who are active subscribers to the Four Winds Travel Center SMS program. Employees of Indian Pueblos Marketing, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes is an ongoing promotion with prizes awarded once or twice per quarter. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Four Winds Travel Center SMS program and remain subscribed at the time of winner selection. Entry is automatic upon subscription, and no additional purchase or action is required.

5. Prizes

Prizes will vary in value and may include, but are not limited to:

• Free gas
• VIP tickets to sporting events
• Flat-screen TVs
• Travel rewards
• Other surprise prizes

Prize values will range from $20 to $2,000 or more. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible SMS subscribers at the time of each drawing.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via text message and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winners failing to receive notifications due to spam filters, technical issues, or incorrect contact information.

8. General Conditions

• No cash or other prize substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Mexico.

11. Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive text messages from the Sponsor and may opt out at any time.
